Lightly smoked fancy pepper spice blend

La pincée Fumée is a blend of finely ground wood smoked peppercorns. Its crunchy salt and sugar content promotes the caramelisation of food. It adds the right touch to grilled fish and meat, but also to vegetarian dishes.

Perfect pairings

It enhances ribs, beef, tofu steak , vegetable and legume stews , trout and salmon, pork, chicken wings, tacos, fajitas, shrimp, corn on the cob.
