Delivery, furniture and pickup

Order processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within an estimated 1 to 4 days. Standard parcels are shipped by Canada Post, with an estimated 7 to 10 days for delivery after shipment. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as the holidays. Furniture delivery timing is confirmed separately with the store.
Standard parcel rates within Quebec
Rates are based on the order total before taxes:
- $0.00 to $98.99: $12.99 per order
- $99.00 and over: free standard shipping, subject to the exclusions below
- Gift cards: free shipping
Free standard shipping does not apply to large furniture or to oversized or overweight items. These items are identified by a delivery note on their product page.
Standard parcels outside Quebec
For parcels shipped outside Quebec, we will contact you with the shipping cost after the items have been weighed and packaged. You can accept or decline the quote. We ship only once you approve the cost.
Large-furniture delivery
Large furniture includes sofas, armchairs, beds, mattresses, dressers, nightstands, tables, chairs, benches, sideboards, desks and bookcases. Each of these items shows a delivery note on its product page.
- Greater Montreal, within approximately 50 km of the store: $99 per delivery
- Elsewhere in Quebec: $149 per delivery
- Outside Quebec: we will contact you with a quote before shipping. Delivery proceeds once you approve the quote.
The furniture fee is charged once per delivery, regardless of how many large pieces are delivered together. Furniture is excluded from the free standard shipping offer. Before ordering, contact us with the products you are considering and your delivery postal code so we can confirm the delivery area, timing and access (stairs, elevators, narrow entrances).
Other oversized or overweight items
The large-furniture rates do not apply to other oversized or overweight items. These items have a note on their product page. We will contact you to confirm the shipping cost, and your order will ship only once you approve it.
Free in-store pickup
Free pickup is available at G. D’Aoust & Cie, 73 rue Sainte-Anne, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Curbside pickup at the back of the store is also available if you prefer to stay outside. Contact us about pickup arrangements and opening hours.
Item availability
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected restock timing. You can choose to reserve the item, select a replacement or receive a full refund.
