Eucalyptus is an Aboriginal remedy that grows in Australian lands. Recognized for its various virtues, it quickly spread to other continents. Eucalyptus is the staple diet of koalas, but it has also been used for thousands of years to treat various illnesses. The leaves were used for the treatment of a person’s feverish state, especially in case of malaria. It was also called Fever Tree. Today, eucalyptus is used in the manufacture of many pharmaceutical products.
