Description
This RICARDO spatula with built-in thermometer lets you stir while measuring preparations that require a precise temperature, such as caramel or jams. Once its tip is removed, it becomes a thermometer for cakes or meats.
- Silicone spatula resistant to a maximum temperature of 220°C (428°F)
- Detachable digital thermometer ranging from -20°C (-4°F) up to 200°C (392°F)
- Practical, the thermometer can be used to take the temperature of meats, poultry and cakes
