Description
With ginger, sesame, and gochugaru—a smoky, red chilli pepper commonly used in Korean cuisine —our Sweet Korean Heat has the rich complexity you're looking for in a seasoning. This balanced blend boasts a sweet and salty flavour profile, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavour. But you'll enjoy it for its versatility, too: Try it as a dry rub for grilling meats or whisk it into a thick, syrupy sauce to top stir-fries or tofu. Is your tummy rumbling yet?
