Description
Made from Lorraine mirabelles, small golden plums known for their floral aroma and delicately sweet taste, this premium jam embodies the traditional expertise of Vergers des Alpilles. Slowly cooked in small batches, it reveals a melting texture, a warm colour, and a subtle flavour reminiscent of Lorraine orchards in late summer.
