SAUCE PESTO ROSSO (SUN-DRIED TOMATOES) 130G

Filotea's Red Pesto is a delightful sauce that captures the essence of the Mediterranean tradition. The star of this sauce is the sun-dried tomatoes, which bring a rich and intense sweetness to the blend. Combined with the fragrant Genovese basil of Protected Denomination of Origin, it creates a harmonious balance of flavours that is both vibrant and satisfying.

To enhance the taste profile, Filotea adds a drizzle of high-quality olive oil, which not only enriches the sauce but also adds a smooth and luxurious texture. The combination of Grana Padano cheese and Pecorino Romano cheese brings a savoury depth, while garlic and salt provide a hint of pungency and seasoning. Completing the ensemble are the pine nuts, lending a delightful crunch and a subtle nutty undertone that rounds out the overall taste experience.

This versatile sauce can be enjoyed in numerous ways: toss it with your favourite pasta, spread it on bruschetta, or use it as a topping for grilled vegetables or meats.
