La Pimenterie Special Hop is, as the name suggest, a very special hot sauce with a unique combination of ingredients such as orange, mango, Scotch Bonnet peppers and even Pale Ale. This zesty hot sauce is a surprising addition to curries, but also delicious with the savory taste of beef tacos, for example. Again a special creation of this top brand from Montréal (Canada).

A fruity sauce with a fresh citrus and mango zing, infused with aromatic hops. Truly refreshing, this hot sauce finishes with a slightly hoppy, vegetal taste. Perfect on fish or grilled meats, it also spices up a salad or a summer cocktail!

Ingredients: orange pulp, mango, Pal Ale (barley), Scotch Bonnet peppers, cider vinegar, carrots, lime juice, shallots, long finger peppers, cane sugar, hops, lemongrass, ginger, salt, garlic, lemon juice , xanthan gum, spices.
