Our Favuzzi Sparkling 0.0 wine presents a lemony tint and features a delicate and persistent effervescence. The nose reveals inviting citrus notes complemented by hints of lime, white flowers, and a dry floral essence reminiscent of jasmine. On the palate, it delivers a smooth mouthful with moderate acidity and a delightful carbonic sensation, culminating in an overall pleasant-tasting experience.
Crafted from 20-year-old Verdejo vines, this wine was meticulously developed to preserve the grape's original character and quality. Grown organically without irrigation under the abundant Spanish sunlight, the harvest yields perfectly balanced Verdejo grapes with no alcohol and ideal acidity. Following the harvest, the wine undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts cultivated on-site. Once fermentation is complete, a cutting-edge dealcoholization process, facilitated by Golo technology, gently reduces alcohol content with minimal impact on the wine's integrity. Favuzzi Sparkling 0.0 is then aged in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until it's ready for bottling
Perfectly suited to pair with fish, seafood, salads, pasta dishes, desserts, and of course, all manner of celebratory occasions. A service temperature of 6ºC is recommended in order to enjoy all its flavour.
