LIMITED EDITION GOLD COLLECTION

A celebratory thread running through three jars, one flake of gold at a time.

The Gold Collection is a set of three jellies - Raspberry Mimosa, Pink Champagne, and Passionfruit Spritz - each one built around a real sparkling wine and finished with edible gold leaf. Not a novelty add-on, but the thing that ties the set together: three flavours, one shared shimmer.

Spread over a wheel of brie for a cheese board that looks as good as it tastes, or spooned onto warm pastries and toast for something a little more festive than the usual jam. Raspberry Mimosa brings the brightness, Pink Champagne the floral edge, Passionfruit Spritz the tropical lift - different enough to keep a board interesting, similar enough to belong together.

Crafted in small batches in Niagara, Ontario. Made in Canada. Contains 3 x 125 mL recyclable glass jars.

A limited-time collection made for celebrating - New Year's Eve, a toast, or any occasion that calls for something with a little more shine.

Pairs beautifully with: brie, soft cheeses, warm pastries, toast, cheese boards, celebratory drinks.
