Connivence Onion Confit with Port

A unique onion confit. Adequate blend of Tawny Port and dry red wine. Goes just as well with cheeses, meats, charcuterie and grilled meats.

Ingredients: onions, cane sugar, red wine, balsamic vinegar, Porto (Tawny), pectin, salt, black pepper.
