Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
No returns accepted on furniture, jewelry, glasses, masks, underwear, swimsuits, pillows and sheets, as well as any gourmet products.
No returns on sale or promotional items.
All special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Christmas items are final sales.
Refund, exchange or credit note on any other item at regular price within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. In the case of payment by gift card, a credit note will be issued. The invoice and original packaging are required for the return to be accepted. Clothing must be intact and with all labels.
A product can only be returned if it has not been used, is in perfect condition, is in its original packaging and no documentation or parts are missing.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our criteria.
You may return items to the store or by mail at your expense.

We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address.
Please note that original shipping charges and the cost of returning the merchandise will not be refunded.
An email will be sent to you once we have received the returned items and to confirm the refund.
