The olive trees of the “Arbequina” variety are located in the south of the province of Lleida, at an altitude of 400 meters, with a climate that is cold and foggy in winter and hot in summer. All these characteristics make Véa L'Estornell “Arbequina” oil one of the best in the world.
Veá has developed a new, very rapid cold extraction method (24º), which produces an oil with minimal peroxide values and greater resistance to rancidity.
Ideal for making sauces and seasoning grilled fish or salads.
The oil is golden-green in colour, with a great sensation of freshness in the mouth and a slight spiciness on the finish.
